These were produced in error and machined with a mistake. All threads are perfect HOWEVER, the center thread is not deep enough to be used as an adapter as the barrel does not have enough MEAT for a full thread from a barrel to hold onto. 1/2 x 28 thread thats only 1/8 of an inch deep. GREAT FOR ANY SOLVENT TRAP END AND CAN HAVE A VALVE THREADED PERFECTLY INTO IT. Still VERY usable.
