Payment
All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.
Shipping Policies
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an order is lost during shipping, the total cost of the order, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. Items are packaged within boxes and additionally then packed in padded bags. If an item is damaged during shipping, buyer will be sent replacement damaged item. I, as the buyer, do not hold Prepper's Discount Inc. liable if proof of USPS tracking shows "Green" and or "Delivered" if it is stolen from my porch, mailbox or any other delivery drop off location. I refuse Prepper's Discount offer of "Signature Required Upon Delivery" and accept that USPS proof of delivery SHOWING DELIVERED, means that the order is in my possession AND AS A RESULT THEN WAIVE MY RIGHT TO A CREDIT CARD CHARGE-BACK IF USPS TRACKING SHOWS THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED..
Refund/Return Policy
Items are only entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. Any authorized return once shipped is subject to a 30% restocking fee. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund.

Cancellation
